Marcela Castillo and his relationship with nature.

She creates the pulps that are not only the base material, but scattered on meshes, constitute the work itself. Pulps made from different natural elements. organic mixture which, carefully graded and allows the artist to get a wide range of colors at the same time, always off, sometimes strong, plus a grainy surface that together are so original and appealing.

Usually flat, you can give to their creations as spiral shapes or compact astronomical developments of interacting surfaces totally irregular but always manage to form joint units and consistent in his presentation ended. Sets that can evoke both dense and swirling as peaceful, but always moved, plastic constructions.

Marcela Castillo, in his way, we show how personal creativity and know-how are inseparable in the development of works of art.

Plant and animal. Flavours and galactic. The worlds that populate Castillo Marcela Creations are a unique pictorial language through which manifest in this second view of art.

A language that is smooth and rough, vivid and opaque: Gestures and movements that violate host with unique relationships established in each of the paintings, with their own rules and yet, mutual understanding.
